Welcome to Sure Oak Clinical Counseling & Consultation, PLLC. Looking for a therapist that is the best fit for you can be a stressful and overwhelming process. My goal is to be person-centered and adaptable to meet YOUR needs. My natural style is interactive, direct, and challenging while remaining empathetic, non-judgmental, and strengths-focused. I utilize a combination of multiple therapeutic modalities tailored to you.
While I enjoy working with a wide range of needs with all adults 18+ (depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, etc.), I have a particular love for working with couples/relationships, neurodivergent clients (ASD/ADHD), and LGBTQIA+ clients. No matter your background or community, my desire is to provide a safe, affirming, and trauma informed space for you.
